InnoPower@JC: Fellowship for Teachers
Initiated and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, InnoPower@JC: Fellowship for Teachers aims to build teachers’ capacity through a series of trainings, co-learning and incubation support.
- A 10-week subsidised programme, comprised of local and international elements, to help Fellows reconnect with themselves, reflect on values, and learn about innovation. Fellows will be relieved from their regular work and given the opportunity and resources to visit and interact with local and global education and social innovation leaders.
- Upon returning to their schools/ organisations, Fellows will make use of their new learning and inspirations to incubate and realise their project idea with the support of project funding and a network of project implementation experts.
- A hub of innovative Fellows will continue provide mutual support to one another. Fellows will be connected to local, regional and global communities for exchange of ideas and practices. The ongoing personal and professional development opportunities will enhance Fellows leadership capabilities so they can continue to inspire innovation in the sector.
