Holistic Development Programme

The program begins with conducting a job interest survey among F.4 students and understanding themselves within the Liberal Studies class. It then progresses to receiving career information and exploring life skills. The following year, the plan extends to learning experiences outside the classroom, involving activities such as visiting government or corporates, participating in job shadowing programs, and conducting workplace observations. These work experiences aim to cultivate the students' career understanding and planning skills. In the end, students will engage in reflection on and share their experiences from the entire year's participation as a summary of their personal growth.
