Kitchen Classroom – SMART KIDS

Students work in a group of two to four people to prepare dishes. Each class consists of students from different ethnic backgrounds, allowing them to learn about diverse culinary cultures. Ultimately, students can show care for their classmates, family members, and even extend their outreach to the community through food. This "kitchen classroom" can be used to explore scientific concepts (General Studies), practice measurement (Mathematics), learn about history and culture (moral and civic education, Chinese, and English), as well as develop life skills. Additionally, the kitchen classroom can be utilized to create signature dishes that represent the school, demonstrating an attitude of community care for those in need.
