An Indifferent Teacher and Student Accompany Experience

Six students are recruited to become members of the Student-Teacher Peer Group. Under the guidance of the class teacher, these members are responsible for planning at least one experiential activity per semester that involves both teachers and students. The purpose of these activities is to create unique learning scenarios that differ from the usual classroom setting. Additionally, each semester, the student members of the Peer Group are required to plan and lead class management activities during the weekly class meeting with the class teacher. They are expected to apply design thinking principles to empathize with the needs of their classmates and design appropriate class management activities that cater to their growth and development.
