Super+ Positive Education Programme

A six-year positive education curriculum is designed with each class session consisting of four components: Greeting, Sharing, Games, and Reflection. By incorporating foreign teaching materials, students are further assisted in learning how to express emotions. Strategies such as picture books, short plays, and discussions are employed in the classroom, using the four basic emotions of "joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness" to enhance students' awareness of their own emotions. Opportunities are created for teachers and students to understand each other's emotions, learn how to face, manage, and regulate emotions effectively.
