Social Innovation Project of Mustard Seed

This project encourages students to start with empathy and focuses on the theme of "Food and Farming." They begin by visiting different organizations, such as AuLaw Organic Farm, Farm66, and School of Everyday Life, where they have direct interactions with the responsible individuals. Through these visits, students gain knowledge about food, environmental conservation, health, nutrition, and engage in discussions about topics like land justice, social enterprises, and housing. They deepen students’ understanding of the connection between these issues and daily life, sparking their curiosity.
