By creating a language-rich environment and revising the English curriculum, the aim is to encourage students to learn and use English effectively. A points-based reward system is established to enhance students' intrinsic motivation in learning English, taking into consideration their collaboration, problem-solving, and resilience skills when awarding points. Additionally, students are involved in planning community outings and group projects to foster their communication and social skills. They also engage in exchanges with students from international schools and teach English to primary school students, which connects language learning to everyday life and assimilates values of community care and personal well-being. These initiatives promote students' personal growth and development.
