The project focuses on two core activities.

First, "Shadowing Students": Gathering a group of like-minded seed teachers who voluntarily immerse themselves in students' classroom learning and campus life. This allows them to gain a genuine understanding of students' needs and desires.

Second, as a pilot program starting with F.5 students, the participating teachers and students collaborate to plan a day of activities aimed at strengthening the teacher-student relationship. The activities will be conducted with a high teacher-student ratio (such as one teacher for every seven students or higher). The activities can include various types of experiences, such as museum visits, home visits, cooking, handicrafts, card games, and more.
