This allows them to gain a genuine understanding of students' needs and desires.<\/p>\n<p>Second, as a pilot program starting with F.5 students, the participating teachers and students collaborate to plan a day of activities aimed at strengthening the teacher-student relationship. The activities will be conducted with a high teacher-student ratio (such as one teacher for every seven students or higher).
