It then progresses to receiving career information and exploring life skills. The following year, the plan extends to learning experiences outside the classroom, involving activities such as visiting government or corporates, participating in job shadowing programs, and conducting workplace observations. These work experiences aim to cultivate the students' career understanding and planning skills.
