She successfully founded, branded and\norganized over a dozen world-renowned international trade fairs and conventions, covering a wide spread of industries. Before running her own business, Rebecca was editor of the first Official Annual Report of the PRC, the first inflight magazine of the CAAC and other books on China.<\/p>\n<p>Since changing her career path over a decade ago, Rebecca has devoted her full effort to promoting social innovation and social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong and Greater China, especially in orchestrating movements with social missions to bring about positive change.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Golden Age movement: Using social and business innovations to address the challenges posed by the ageing population, fostering the development of smart ageing cities and empowering Golden Agers (people 45+) as a new force of social change.<\/li>\n<li>Business Innovation Movement: Promoting shared value and B Corp, and changing mainstream business into a driving force of social good.<\/li>\n<li>Education Innovation Movement: Engaging and synergizing stakeholders in education to come up with innovative ideas for education and social entrepreneurship; regenerating the learning ecosystem and promoting a positive learning culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rebecca is Founder &amp; Chair of Golden Age Foundation; Founder &amp; Vice-Chair of Education for Good; Co-Founder &amp; Convener of Ednovators, Chair of Social Enterprise Summit, Co-Founder of Dream Impact Hong Kong and Co-Founder of B Lab (HK &amp; Macau). She acts as Advisor and Executive Members of a number of NGOs and social enterprises, including Our Hong Kong Foundation, Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Active Ageing Institute), etc. She is also a writer and a radio programme host.
