To establish a learning community for students and help them rediscover joy, self-confidence, and curiosity, the following initiatives are implemented:

1. Family: The school recognizes parents as valuable resources. Through parent job shadowing, students can gain initial insights into the workplace after graduation and start thinking about their personal career planning. Additionally, these activities enhance students' understanding of their parents' work and promote communication between parents and students.
2. Community: Collaborates with Spicy Fish Cultural Production Ltd. to lead students on visits to San Po Kong, redefining the meaning of success. As most students reside in Kwun Tong, they have limited exposure to people and events outside the city center. Therefore, the school arranges activities in Poi O to facilitate interactions with the diverse ethnic communities, broadening students' perspectives as global citizens.
