為老師創造空間，制定長遠發展框架！

香港兆基創意書院（創意書院）的老師投放大量心力時間與同學溝通，處理不同狀態，卻缺乏心力時間去思考，以及為同學規劃長遠的生涯探索之路。FEiA 計劃的出現，讓老師能有系統地吸收相關知識，並建立更完善的長遠計劃，包括：
造夢獎學金：在團隊協助下，老師有空間為造夢獎學金制定申請計劃表及成果展示等，更將這些流程，例如與同學回顧學習成敗得失，融入其他獎學金計劃，建立了獎學金計劃框架，著重深化與書院人類溝通，了解各自的學習歷程及需要，將其轉化為成長養份。
Mentoring：以往雖有人類圖書館等舊生分享計劃，但形式往往較有機及隨意，FEiA 計劃令老師們有空間思考如何建立可持續運作的模式，讓舊生的經驗分享能完整呈現。
學習歷程檔案：書院人類在校持續創作，累積大量作品，每次報讀大學，老師同學都要花費大量時間心力，才能找回作品並記錄相關設計心得。透過 FEiA 計劃，創意書院正建立一個學習歷程平台，有系統地呈現同學的成長及作品。
